At Roedean Mortgage Solutions Ltd, we have over 25 years of experience in advising in the Mortgage & Protection market. We have seen many changes within the Mortgage market and pride ourselves in moving with this. We offer a personal service where we will come to you to discuss your requirements and find the best mortgage to suit your needs. If you prefer, we can carry out your mortgage advice over the phone or video call. All at a time that suits you.

Our advice is completely impartial and we are completely independent. This means we search the whole of the market to find the best deal for you and we are not linked to, or affiliated with any of the companies that provide the services we offer. We offer a free initial consultation and provide a full Mortgage Advice service, so you have the peace of mind you are being helped by experts.

Your mortgage consultation is free, however, there may be a fee for arranging your mortgage, depending on your circumstances. A typical fee is £595 for standard mortgages and up to 1% of the loan amount for more complex cases.

Purchase
This can be a stressful process, so here at Roedean Mortgage Solutions Ltd, we aim to make this as easy as possible. When you are ready to start thinking about buying your new home, we will talk to you and get a mortgage agreed for you in principle, so you know exactly what your buying limit is. When looking at properties, sellers and Estate Agents will then take you seriously knowing that your finances are in place. Once you have an offer on a house accepted, we will take care of the mortgage and all relevant insurance for you. All you have to do is find your new home, and you can trust us to take care of the rest!

Remortgage
Not everybody wants to move, so when your mortgage deal expires we can source the whole of the market for you. We will look at another lender to see if they have the best deal and see what your existing lender will offer you to stay with them. If you want to raise additional money, for Home Improvements to build that extension, or to clear some debts, we can look at all of this for you and more.

Buy to Let
These days, people sometimes have more than one property and this may fall into the Buy to Let category. Whether you are buying or remortgaging, starting your property portfolio or adding to it, we can provide the experience and knowledge to meet your needs.
